Private Pilates Sessions

Whether you are looking to achieve your health goals or reduce physical pain, private Pilates sessions will help!

I will work with you one-on-one to help you feel better and stay that way. By investing in your physical health, you will see improvements in strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and mental & emotional well-being. 

Currently, I am seeing clients from my home Pilates studio in Lewisburg, TN. I also see clients at the Club Pilates Berry Farms studio in Franklin, TN.

If you are interested in private sessions at your home, let me know. Occasionally, I can make that work. 

I serve the following areas: Lewisburg (Marshall County), Cornersville (Butler County), Columbia (Maury County), Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood (Williamson County), Nashville, TN (Davidson), and most of the Middle Tennessee area.

Group Mat Classes @ Your Location

Are you looking for a fun activity for your group? Are you a local business, gym, or rec center wanting to offer an effective fitness class for all body types? Maybe you LOVE Pilates and want your very own Pilates Party…sweat bands, leg warmers, and all! Whether you’re a mom’s group, book club, or local business, I’d love to bring the Pilates happiness to you. All you need is a mat. 

Group Reformer Classes @ Club Pilates

Have you wanted to try a group reformer Pilates class but not known where or when, or how? Well, I have the BEST solution for you! Join me @ Club Pilates Berry Farms on Tuesday, Club Pilates Belle Meade on Wednesday, or Club Pilates Cool Springs on Thursday! We warm up, work out, and cool down…say hello to “feet in straps” and trust me, this will be your favorite cool down ever!  Only 12 spots in each class, so be sure to sign up in advance. 

And beginning in 2026, I’ll be opening my own 4 reformer Pilates studio in Lewisburg! I can’t wait to see you there! Please contact me if you’d like to be notified for early sign-up discounts!

Senior Chair Pilates

Are you needing a safe, resistance-based form of fitness for your group of seniors? Whether it’s at an Assisted Living Facility or your very own group of friends, I would be delighted to lead your group through Chair Pilates. Not only does Pilates improve core strength and balance (decreasing fall risks), but it also strengthens pelvic floor muscles and posture. There are modifications for every condition, including common issues such as back pain, osteoporosis, and problems with the knee, hip, and shoulders.

I bring the resistance bands, fit balls, and some grip balls (to improve grip strength), turn up the music, and get the Pilates party started. Trust me, your group is sure to have a good time!
