I started Happy To Your Core to help people live longer by building strength and reducing pain. I specialize in working with peri- and post-menopausal women and those with back pain, but I enjoy helping all populations feel stronger and more confident.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me listening to health podcasts and audiobooks, making homemade kefir, or enjoying nature. And I can’t wait to help you feel happy…all the way to your core!
