At Happy To Your Core, every class is intentionally small, supportive, and designed to help you build strength that lasts. With just four reformers and personal guidance in every session, you’ll move with purpose, good music, and plenty of encouragement along the way. All group classes are 50 minutes.

core Flow

Beginner-Advanced.
A 50-minute signature, slow-burn flow focused on deep core activation, alignment, and total-body control. You’ll move with intention through foundational Pilates exercises designed to build strength from the inside out while improving posture, stability, and body awareness. Expect longer holds, controlled transitions, and that signature Pilates shake as you challenge your core in a way that supports your everyday movement.

Athletic Flow

Beginner – Advanced.

A 50-minute full-body strength class designed to build lean muscle, support your joints, and challenge your stability. You’ll move with control and intention through exercises that emphasize strength, endurance, and proper alignment. Using heavier springs and a slower tempo, this class helps you develop power from the inside out while improving balance, coordination, and overall body awareness. Expect a focused, results-driven workout that leaves you feeling strong, steady, and accomplished.

Intermediate – Advanced.

A 50-minute high-energy, circuit-style class designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and coordination. You’ll move through quick transitions, elevated pacing, and a mix of reformer and hand weights to keep your body working the entire time. This full-body workout is designed to raise your heart rate, build muscular endurance, and deliver a powerful burn from start to finish. Best suited for clients comfortable on the reformer who are ready for a faster-paced, high-intensity challenge that pushes both body and mind.

Fusion Flow

Beginner – Advanced. 

A 50-minute full-body flow designed to keep things fresh, fun, and challenging. Fusion Flow blends strength, coordination, and athletic movement with elements like jumpboard, springboard, and barre-inspired exercises. Each class offers a unique combination of movements to keep your body engaged while building strength, improving balance, and boosting overall endurance. Perfect for clients who enjoy variety and a dynamic, never-the-same experience.

A 50-minute slower, feel-good flow focused on mobility, flexibility, and restoring balance in the body. This class emphasizes intentional movement, deep stretching, and controlled exercises to help release tension, improve alignment, and support overall recovery. Perfect for beginners, active recovery days, or anyone needing to reset both physically and mentally. You’ll leave feeling lengthened, reconnected, and more balanced in your body.
