class Types

For the first 30 days after the studio opens, we’ll focus on Beginner Core Flow — our signature, full-body, low-impact class that flows smoothly from one movement to the next. Every exercise is adaptable, with progressions and modifications for every body, from beginners to advanced. After the first month, classes will start being labeled Beginner or Intermediate, and our schedule will rotate through different class types each day. Soon, we will also add classes for advanced members as well.

core flow

Beginner-Advanced. Core Flow is our signature full-body reformer class and the foundation of our first 30 days in the studio. This low-impact class moves smoothly from one exercise to the next, building strength, stability, and confidence with clear cues and thoughtful progressions. Your spine will move in every direction as you work with the reformer, mat, and springboard, along with props like magic circles, fit balls, light weights, yoga blocks, and bands. As we grow, classes will be labeled Beginner, Intermediate, and eventually Advanced — but you’ll always be supported with options to meet you exactly where you are.

strength

Beginner – Advanced. Strength is designed to help you safely build muscle and increase bone-supporting load through small, intentional increases in spring tension and hand weights. This class blends reformer Pilates with traditional strength training principles to keep your body challenged, growing stronger, and never plateauing. Suitable for beginner to advanced levels, you’ll always receive clear guidance, modifications, and progressions so you can train confidently at the level that’s right for you.

ignite

Intermediate – Advanced. Ignite is a full-body interval class that challenges your abs, arms, and lower body, finishing strong with a few short, powerful SIT (Sprint Interval Training) bursts tailored to your level. You’ll be encouraged to lift heavy (for you), learn good form (to prevent injury & maximize results), and just have fun! Designed to boost cardiovascular fitness, metabolism, and overall health, Ignite offers low-impact options and modifications so everyone can safely move with confidence.

Beginner – Advanced. Tone is a lower-body focused class designed to sculpt and strengthen your glutes and legs while still delivering a balanced, full-body workout. Expect that good kind of shake as your muscles are challenged in new ways. Strong glutes support your metabolism, posture, and long-term health — and they look pretty good too. Suitable for beginner to advanced levels, with progressions and modifications always provided.

Springboard

Beginner – Advanced. Springboard – A full-body Pilates class that blends the reformer with the springboard, keeping your core, upper body, and legs challenged in fresh, creative ways. Each class is full of stabilizing and strength-building exercises that keep your body responding and engaged. Modifications and progressions are always provided, making it perfect for beginners through advanced. Fun, inventive, and supportive — every class feels new!

Beginner – Advanced. Jump is a full-body, low-impact reformer jumpboard class that combines cardio intervals with strength and control. You’ll alternate jumping on the jumpboard with exercises on the mat, springboard, and/or reformer to get a total-body workout that targets legs, abs, and more. We crank up the music, jump, and have fun while increasing your heart rate and building endurance. Modifications and progressions are always provided to keep you safe, comfortable, and working at the level that’s right for you. Suitable for beginners to advanced.

Stretch

Beginner – Advanced. Stretch is a gentle, full-body class focused on improving flexibility, mobility, and calming the nervous system. We’ll move mindfully, connecting breath with movement, while lengthening and strengthening your muscles in a safe, supportive way. Each class includes a warm-up, targeted stretches, and a relaxing cooldown, leaving you fully reset, refreshed, and ready for whatever life brings. Perfect for beginners, but even intermediate and advanced clients will enjoy the lasting benefits of increased mobility, reduced tension, and a calmer, more centered body and mind.
